Meet Sarah
In addition to 20+ years of music teaching experience, Sarah Johnson has her degree in Child & Family Development & her English Teaching Certificate (TEFL) through BYU-Idaho.
Sarah has directed, choreographed, or musically directed for various church, school, & theatre communities, including favorite titles such as Addam's Family, Aladdin Jr., Alice in Wonderland Jr, Annie, A Night of Broadway, Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Newsies, Peter Pan, Into the Woods, South Pacific, The Little Mermaid, Curtains, & Jekyll & Hyde.
Her favorite choral moments have been performing with
MCO (Millennial Choirs & Orchestras), Jenny Phillips' Fireside Choir,
& USU New Horizons Show Choir. Sarah has performed in multiple venues throughout Utah & has been involved in over 30 musicals.
Favorite theatre credits include Lucy Harris (Jekyll & Hyde), Marian Paroo (The Music Man), Morticia (The Addam's Family), Baker's Wife (Into the Woods), Annabell Glick (Lucky Stiff), Narrator (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), & Medda (Newsies).
Sarah has directed Stage Dynamics Music for the past 15 years & loves sharing her passion for music & learning with young talent.
